Emerald Grande is unique because we are the only all-inclusive hotel-resort in Destin. Guests can come here and never leave our property. We have a full-service spa with a fitness center, charter fishing trips, watersports, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, weekly events at HarborWalk Village, fully equipped kitchens in every residence, and above all, the friendliest staff that will bend over backwards to make sure that every guest has a memorable experience. Our goal is to be your home away from home. We want you to kick back and relax. We can achieve that by providing everything on our property that you would need.

The Venue Facility Fee includes:
- Staffing & 1 Bartender
- Glassware & China
- Chairs & Tables
- Linen & Napkins
- Dance Floor
- Rain Back-Up Plan
- Cake Cutting Services
- Rehearsal The Day Before
- Complimentary Parking
For a Ceremony & Reception, venues are rented for 5 Hours which includes:
- 30 Minutes for the Ceremony,
- 1 Hour for Cocktail Hour
- 3.5 Hours for Reception
Additional hours are available for $500 per hour. Outdoor receptions must conclude by 10:00PM.
All outside venues booked will have an indoor venue available in case of rain or inclement weather.
The rain back up venue will be what is available on the calendar unless a specific venue is paid and reserved for in advance.
Yes-- Emerald Grande and all of our venues are handicap accessible.
Emerald Grande Weddings does not offer packages. We like to customize each wedding to the vision of the bride and groom.
Yes. You are able to hire your own wedding vendors. We will also provide our Preferred Vendors List which features vendors that we work with on a regular basis.
Please visit the county clerk's website for more details on getting your marriage license prior to the wedding. Please note there are specific requirements if you are a Florida resident.
The Emerald Grande Weddings Team will send over a contract for signature, along with the deposit information to be paid at signing via DocuSign. The initial deposit is the cost of the Ceremony & Reception Venues.
The initial deposit is due at time of signing. The next payment, 50% of the final invoice, is due 60 days prior to the event date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date. Any additional charges during the day of the wedding are due 1 week after the wedding date.

All deposits and money paid to that date will not be refunded.
Weddings are allowed 1 change of date with no penalties.
Yes -- Emerald Grande does extend special accommodation rates to those that book their wedding or special event with us. These rates vary based on time of the year and holidays. Rates will be provided with a custom proposal based on date selected.
Emerald Grande venues and guest areas do not allow pets on premises.
Our brides typically get ready in the condo they have booked with at Emerald Grande. The condo units are different sizes and are spacious enough to get ready in.
Emerald Grande does not provide decorations.
Restrictions on décor items: Candles must be in vases and no confetti or loose glitter is permitted.
All Food & Beverage must be provided by Emerald Grande Catering. No outside food & beverage is permitted in any venue spaces with the exception of custom wedding cakes and specialty desserts.
Yes, absolutely! We offer all of our booked couples a complimentary menu tasting. We recommend scheduling your tasting 4-5 months prior to the wedding, as it is also a great time to go over and confirm details.
Emerald Grande’s food minimum starts at $55 per guest. There is not a minimum that must be met for beverages.
Clients have the option to choose between a Cash Bar which the guests are responsible for paying for their own beverages or a Hosted Bar. The Hosted Bar is a pre-set amount towards bar selections.
Professional coordination and planning guarantee a stress-free day for the Bride & Groom as well as friends & family. Please ask for our Emerald Grande Wedding Coordination to receive a breakdown of what the service entails.
Outside Coordinator & Planners are permitted but must be a professional service with a contract. Family members or friends are not allowed to coordinate the wedding.
The service charge is 22% and is added to all services. Both the service change and the current state sales tax will be added to the final bill.
Yes-- complimentary parking is available for all of your guests.

Yes-- discounts are offered on Monday-Thursday weekday weddings. Based on the time of the year, we also discount Friday & Sunday weddings.
HarborWalk Village hosts free fireworks shows each Thursday in June, July, and through the second week of August in the Summer and on Saturdays in the month of October.
Firework shows are also on the Sundays of Memorial & Labor Day.
Wedding Firework packages are available to purchase starting at $6,000.
