Parking at Emerald Grande and HarborWalk Village

GENERAL INFORMATION

To provide the best overall experience to the guests of Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village a daily parking fee was incorporated Friday, June 15th, for onsite parking.  This ensures guests of the Emerald Grande and visitors to HarborWalk Village who have chosen to charter a fishing boat, rent a watercraft, attend a free event or grab a bite to eat and shop at HarborWalk Village are going to have a place to park their car on property.

  • General Public Parking is $10.
  • There are gate-houses located at the main and west entrances of the property.
  • Emerald Grande guests will not pay at the gatehouses.
  • Dates and times of parking charges may change. Currently the gate house opens everyday 5:30 am.
  • Motorcycle parking is free but must park in areas designated for motorcycles.
  • No parking for over-sized vehicles including buses, RVs, and no trailers.
  • All parking questions please direct to Security at 850-974-5959.
I AM VISITING HARBORWALK VILLAGE
  • Parking is $10. Cash and credit cards accepted.
  • Current gatehouse times begin everyday at 5:30am.
I AM A GUEST OR OWNER AT THE EMERALD GRANDE
  • Emerald Grande guests will not pay directly at the gatehouse.
  • Parking attendants will have a list of guest and owners to verify check-ins each day.
  • You and your guests will be issued a dashboard parking pass at check-in that must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle during your stay.
  • Owners will have an owners pass that must displayed.
I AM ATTENDING AN EVENT OR WEDDING AT THE EMERALD GRANDE
  • Special arrangements will be made per each event.  Please confirm with your event coordinator.
I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF EMERALD GRANDE OR WORKING IN HARBORWALK VILLAGE
  • Manager pass holders will not be charged, must park in designated areas (P1 garage level and the north Coyote Ugly parking lot) and must display their parking pass.
  • Employees may utilize the woodchip lot next to What-a-burger.
  • Employees may park in the city lots for FREE provided they follow the PASSPORT PARKING Program outlined below.
  • Emerald Grande and HarborWalk Village will have FREE shuttles available to anyone parking off site in both of the two the city lots (Zerbe and Marler – See map link here). Shuttle times may vary but will generally run from 6:00am – 1:00am in season.  The Drop Off and Pick Up for the Shuttle will be the eastside of Emerald Grande near the stage on the upper parking lot level.

Passport Parking Program

    1. Fill out the vehicle registration form HERE and get it to Security.  The FREE parking will not be processed without this form submitted.  (Note: when filling in your license number do not use any spaces)

    2. Please allow at least 5 business days for the processing of the vehicle registration – Free parking does not take effect until the vehicle is registered with the city.  The cost is $5 per day for a 9 hour day from the city.
    3. Download the PASSPORT PARKING APP in the Apple or Google Play Store to your smartphone.
    4. Enter the Parking Lot Zone # shown below, where you are parking. These Zone # are specific to HarborWalk Village employees and are automatically cross checked with your License Plate Number. (DO NOT enter the zone number on the sign in the parking lot.)
    5. Enter your vehicle License Plate number.  (***No Spaces***)
    6. You must enter a personal credit/debit card number.- ZONE # 7535:  ZERBE LOT (Community Center lower lot)
      Do Not park near the Community Center building…You will receive a Citation!

Your credit card/ debit card will not be charged. This is a requirement of the Passport Parking program to activate the charge to the HarborWalk Village account. Should the Zone # and your License # not match up, then it will charge your personal credit/debit card.

Note: If you are charged approximately 5 days you have followed the procedures above please come see us immediately in the HarborWalk Village management office so we can identify and rectify the issue quickly.

OTHER PARKING OPTIONS
  • The city of Destin has two “pay to park” public parking lots (Zerbe and Marler). See map link here.
  • Street parking is available on the north side of 98.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: What if I am dropping someone or something off?
A:  People may be dropped off at the gatehouse.  Additionally, there will be designated spots next to security for short term parking needs (3o minutes or less).

Q: What if I am part of a group or wedding at the Emerald Grande?
A:  Security will have guest lists at the gate-house. Please know your group or function name.

Q: What if I am coming to purchase tickets to an attraction such as a dolphin cruise or fishing excursion but not staying?
A:  There will be designated spots next to security for short term parking needs (3o minutes or less)

Q: Where is the security office?
A:  The security office is located in the parking garage, ground level entrance on P3.

Q: Who do I call with a parking question?
A: Call security at 850-974-5959.

Q: I have a health club membership, do I have to pay for parking?
A:  Please show your membership card for free parking.

EMPLOYEE QUESTIONS

Q: What do I do if I am an employee and my credit card gets charged while using the Employee Parking Passport program?
A: Please come to the HarborWalk Village management office right away so we can identify the disconnect and rectify it.

Q: I am an employee and I am handicap or have health issues, how can I get a pass?
A: Please see Security at Emerald Grande.

Q: I am a manager with a parking pass, where do I park?
A: On the P1 parking level of the Emerald Grande or In the lot directly north of Coyote Ugly.
