The time is here is unveil our new Grande Ballroom! On Thursday, March 31st Emerald Grande hosted the Grande Showcase to celebrate the completed ballroom renovations.
The Grande showcase highlighted the new Grande Ballroom reveal at the Emerald Grande! Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails were served from the new pre-reception area outside of the ballroom as guests filled the new space. In attendance were photographers, wedding planners, and preferred vendors. This time marked a very exciting new beginning for the Wedding Team at the Emerald Grande! “We can’t wait to fill the space with new brides and grooms as we create everlasting memories for them on their special day,” said Emily Owen, Director of Catering Sales. In addition, the culinary team highlighted some of the most delectable wedding bites for tasting during the evening. Including, a Grande Charcuterie Board and Bacon Wrapped Scallops.
The Grande Ballroom features large windows that overlook the Destin Harbor and allow lots of light to come into the room. “We feel so grateful that the Grande Ballroom offers a view of the Destin Harbor that can’t be found anywhere else in a wedding space,” said Owen. The updated lighting choice of chandeliers with crystals glisten perfectly in the light for any beaming bride. Our current favorite feature is the antiqued mirrors that line the ballroom left walls. They add a feel to the space that you can’t describe with words. Features and artwork include subtle touches of gold that elevate the space. During the design process of the ballroom, it was kept in mind that the Grande Ballroom should have the ability to accompany any wedding theme or style. With the Grande Ballroom’s light pallet, this can be easily accomplished.
This ceremony and reception venue option offer a customizable floor plan and picturesque views of the Destin Harbor making it the perfect wedding reception ambiance. Additionally, the Grande Ballroom has the ability to accommodate up to 180 guests.
