The number for our reservations department is (800) 676-0091. They will be able to assist you with rates and availability, as well as, making your reservation.
Any reservation canceled before the final payment due date (two weeks prior to the arrival date) will result in a loss equal to the advanced rental payment (50% of the rent). Reservations canceled after the final payment due date will result in the forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments or deposits. Changes in reservation must be requested prior to the final payment due date. Changes to reservations after the final due date are not permitted.
Emerald Grande strongly urges you to purchase the optional Red Sky Sun Trip Preserver travel insurance. The plan protects your vacation investment if you must cancel for an unforeseen reason, such as, sickness, injury, accidents, or involuntary termination of employment. The Sun Trip Preserver policy offers protection for cancellations due to mandatory evacuations for a named hurricane, road closures, and other covered events. Emerald Grande guests enjoy complimentary parking on levels P4 & P5 of the parking garage.
If you are visiting HarborWalk Village, parking on site is $20.00 March- Labor Day. Our goal is to enhance our guest experience and ensure visitors of HarborWalk Village have an opportunity to park on property during peak season.
There are also several pay to park city lots within walking distance to HarborWalk Village.

As a guest of the Emerald Grande, the Emerald Grande Beach Shuttle is available to you. The shuttle is located behind Harry T’s Lighthouse in HarborWalk Village. From the Grande Vista Pool Deck, take the Pineapple Express elevator, located behind the water fountain, to level 1R (HarborWalk Village). Once you exit the elevator, proceed out and slightly right to the dock behind Harry T’s Lighthouse.
Towels are provided for guest use at the pool and the beach. Towels are designated for use at each location and must be returned to the same location. A fee may be charged to your room for towels that are not returned the same day.
Yes. Our concierge team is available Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. If you need assistance after hours, our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day.

Each owner is deeded an interest (fraction) of a specific condominium residence. They then pay a monthly or annual maintenance fee and annual real estate taxes based on their ownership. All the other related concerns of vacation home ownership or second home ownership including maintenance and furnishings replacement are left to the property management company
Fractional real estate ownership properties are typically located in world-renown resort locations where prime real estate is coveted and in extremely short supply. The residences are characteristically larger and far more luxurious than timeshare accommodations and offer a significantly higher level of personal services, exclusivity, and sophistication. Deeded fractional real estate ownership is evaluated as an alternative real estate purchase by the savvy investor who enjoys that specific location and would like to take advantage of the flexibility of using the residence and resort as their needs dictate. Letting family or business associates enjoy the additional time or take advantage of the rental management option are attractive alternatives to the owner’s personal use. Whether deeded or right to use, timeshare is really a “pre-paid” vacation plan to be used or exchanged to varying locations.
Most people recognize that spending more than a couple of months a year at their vacation home is impractical. With fractional real estate ownership, you get the quality and level of luxury you want and only pay for the time you actually plan to visit the residence. You never have to be concerned with finding renters for the months you’re not there or worry about maintenance.

HarborWalk Village hosts a variety of events throughout the year. There are two festivals a year-- one in the Spring and one in the Fall.
Summer event programming, Memorial Day through Labor Day, features a Fat Tuesday Parades, weekly fireworks shows, live music and more!

It’s a party in the streets with live music celebrations frequently held on the village’s amphitheater-styled main stage. This outdoor, waterfront, venue hosts live shows and music performances throughout the year. Additionally, HarborWalk Village restaurants offer a wide variety of live music performances throughout the week. For a schedule of events, view the HarborWalk Village events calendar.
Fireworks shows light up the sky over the Destin Harbor directly behind HarborWalk Village and Emerald Grande every Thursday night during the summer. You may also see them on holidays such as Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year’s Eve.

Wedding Questions
Emerald Grande is unique because we are the only all-inclusive hotel-resort in Destin. Guests can come here and never leave our property. We have a full-service spa with a fitness center, charter fishing trips, watersports, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, weekly events at HarborWalk Village, fully equipped kitchens in every residence, and above all, the friendliest staff that will bend over backwards to make sure that every guest has a memorable experience. Our goal is to be your home away from home. We want you to kick back and relax. We can achieve that by providing everything on our property that you would need.

The Venue Facility Fee includes:

For a Ceremony & Reception, venues are rented for 5 Hours which includes:
- 30 Minutes for the Ceremony,
- 1 Hour for Cocktail Hour
- 3.5 Hours for Reception
Additional hours are available for $500 per hour. Outdoor receptions must conclude by 10:00PM.
All outside venues booked will have an indoor venue available in case of rain or inclement weather.
The rain back up venue will be what is available on the calendar unless a specific venue is paid and reserved for in advance.
Yes-- Emerald Grande and all of our venues are handicap accessible.
Emerald Grande Weddings does not offer packages. We like to customize each wedding to the vision of the bride and groom.
Yes. You are able to hire your own wedding vendors. We will also provide our Preferred Vendors List which features vendors that we work with on a regular basis.
Please visit the county clerk's website for more details on getting your marriage license prior to the wedding. Please note there are specific requirements if you are a Florida resident.
The Emerald Grande Weddings Team will send over a contract for signature, along with the deposit information to be paid at signing via DocuSign. The initial deposit is the cost of the Ceremony & Reception Venues.
The initial deposit is due at time of signing. The next payment, 50% of the final invoice, is due 60 days prior to the event date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date. Any additional charges during the day of the wedding are due 1 week after the wedding date.

All deposits and money paid to that date will not be refunded.

Yes -- Emerald Grande does extend special accommodation rates to those that book their wedding or special event with us. These rates vary based on time of the year and holidays. Rates will be provided with a custom proposal based on date selected.
Emerald Grande venues and guest areas do not allow pets on premises.
Our brides typically get ready in the condo they have booked with at Emerald Grande. The condo units are different sizes and are spacious enough to get ready in.
Emerald Grande does not provide decorations.
Restrictions on décor items: Candles must be in vases and no confetti or loose glitter is permitted.
All Food & Beverage must be provided by Emerald Grande Catering. No outside food & beverage is permitted in any venue spaces with the exception of custom wedding cakes and specialty desserts.
Yes, absolutely! We offer all of our booked couples a complimentary menu tasting. We recommend scheduling your tasting 4-5 months prior to the wedding, as it is also a great time to go over and confirm details.
Emerald Grande’s food minimum starts at $55 per guest. There is not a minimum that must be met for beverages.
Clients have the option to choose between a Cash Bar which the guests are responsible for paying for their own beverages or a Hosted Bar. The Hosted Bar is a pre-set amount towards bar selections.
Professional coordination and planning guarantee a stress-free day for the Bride & Groom as well as friends & family. Please ask for our Emerald Grande Wedding Coordination to receive a breakdown of what the service entails.
Outside Coordinator & Planners are permitted but must be a professional service with a contract. Family members or friends are not allowed to coordinate the wedding.
The service charge is 22% and is added to all services. Both the service change and the current state sales tax will be added to the final bill.
Yes-- complimentary parking is available for all of your guests.

Yes-- discounts are offered on Monday-Thursday weekday weddings. Based on the time of the year, we also discount Friday & Sunday weddings.
HarborWalk Village hosts free fireworks shows each Thursday in June, July, and through the second week of August in the Summer and on Saturdays in the month of October.
Firework shows are also on the Sundays of Memorial & Labor Day.
Wedding Firework packages are available to purchase starting at $6,000.
