HarborWalk Village is proud to present the inaugural Wellness at the Water on Sunday, June 14… and after the reschedule, we have to say, it was worth every bit of the wait. This morning was always meant to be something special. And now? It’s everything we originally envisioned and then some.
Five curated wellness zones, an all-star lineup of local partners and speakers, a waterfront wellness marketplace, a champagne toast to close out the morning, and… for VIP guests, a completely enhanced exclusive private beach escape that continues all the way through 5:45PM.
New lower ticket prices are now available. GA and VIP tickets are on sale now, and free parking is included with every ticket.

What is Wellness at the Water?
Wellness at the Water is an immersive waterfront wellness experience designed to celebrate women through movement, mindfulness, connection, and community. Set against the backdrop of the Destin Harbor at HarborWalk Village, guests move freely through five curated wellness zones from 9AM to 2PM, resetting, recharging, reviving, and feeling empowered every step of the way.
Every ticket holder receives a custom Wellness at the Water yoga mat, tote bag, water bottle, and goodies to take home. Free parking is included with every ticket. Check-in begins at 8:30AM at the Hut by the Main Stage.
The Zones: What to Expect
Reset Zone | 9:00AM–9:30AM | The Lawn
Every guest’s morning begins here together. Elena Gonzalez of A Graceful Flow leads an opening grounding stretch, breathwork session, and sound bath designed to center the mind, quiet the noise, and set the tone for the entire day. This shared community moment is one of our favorites, and the perfect way to arrive.
Empower Zone | 9:45AM–2PM | Charters Area
Ready to move? Rise N Ride Studio leads a rotating lineup of drop-in fitness classes all morning long, no experience needed and easy to join at any time. Choose your session and come ready to feel strong.

Intentional Zone | 9:45AM–2PM | Lawn by Main Stage
This is the emotional heart of the event. Slow down, reflect, and reconnect through short, impactful wellness talks and guided conversations focused on mindset, mental health, and personal growth. DJ Jeanae keeps the energy vibrant and feel-good between every session.

As the morning winds down, gather back on the lawn for a guided grounding session and light breathwork led by our yoga instructor… and then raise a glass. The day concludes with a group Prosecco toast and celebration send-off. Because you showed up for yourself today, and that deserves to be celebrated. ????
The VIP Wellness Beach Escape | The Ultimate Upgrade
Here’s where things get really special.
Beginning at noon, VIP ticket holders board the private beach shuttle for an exclusive coastal wellness experience at Emerald Grande’s private beach, and the experience continues all the way through 5:45PM.
This is what your VIP afternoon looks like:
- Private shuttle transportation to and from Emerald Grande’s private beach
- Guided beach yoga session with Christie from Yoga Symmetry at 1PM
- Reserved beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you
- Complimentary beverages and hydration station - water, electrolytes, and light refreshments from our sponsors
- On-site changing stations so you can slip into your swimsuit and stay as long as you like
- Beach leisure, relaxation, and coastal wind-down all the way through 5:45PM
