    The fitness assessment has seven steps and takes about 45 minutes:

    1. Body Fat
    2. Biceps Strength
    3. Back Flexibility
    4. Systolic Blood Pressure
    5. Diastolic Blood Pressure
    6. Resting Heart Rate
    7. Aerobic Fitness

    We will explain the significance of each step and when finished, you will be given a one-page Fitness Profile along with several pages of in-depth explanation. Based on your personal results, we will recommend exercise and nutritional steps you may take for improving your fitness.
